If you are trading in the same sector I would keep well away from the name. Even if you weren't, why associate yourself with a name which is being used elsewhere, even if only as a trading name ? Use something completely different.

You need to do Government Procedure to register your name and it differs from country to country.

Okay I'm only 17 but I'm extremely passionate about creating and running my own online t-shirt line. I have a name and everything picked out but how to I copyright it? How much would it cost? Am I too young? I'm taking a lot of business courses at school even entrepreneurship and oddly enough none have said how to get a copyright and how it works. ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated(: Thank you!

Use something completely different.

Definitely! You should look for some other names,as it is important to have a unique name. You don't want to have any mistaken identity,do you?

Anyways,in processing procedure,you need to follow your country's legal ways of registration! Like others said,it differs from one country to another!
