Liable for money-back guarantee if company closes? 1 Year, 6 Months ago  
If my company sells a product with a money back guarantee and my company closes, can the company still be liable in any way for all those refunds (if customers do choose to return products & request refund)?

It really depends on every state. As, laws vary from one to another!

It seems like company as debt and customer as debtor. It is obvious that company need to clear customer and should understand debt relief.
It’s for obvious that company need to feel importance of customers and how much they are cost for a company.
