AGM Timing 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago
I have been a shareholder of a small company for 3 years and to date there has not been an AGM.
What does UK Company Law require on frequency of AGMs?

Since 2007 , the Companies Act 2006 no longer requires private companies to hold AGMs. The company's Articles of Association may, however, do so.
