If the company had changed the address of the registered office is there any bill/act/law or something alike that forces the company to inform its partners about the address change?
Will be tremendously grateful for a name or a _link_ on the stated bill/act/law or else

Once you have changed your registered address a notice will be sent to the directors, so there is a very high chance of them finding out. I will clarify and confirm this position.
