Making a speech after dinner at your AGM is the perfect way to add a little light relief to the evening. Remember that an AGM can be a pretty heavy-going affair and, while you don’t want to belittle the importance of such a meeting, it’s good to be able to make the tone a little more upbeat during your speech.

AGM dinners usually take the format of a meeting that reviews the previous year, followed by a meal to act as a ‘thank you’ for the hard work over the year. Consequently, such meetings are usually held at a local hotel or restaurant with a meeting room, with attendees dressed in smart clothes (often even black tie), having arranged babysitters and transport. This means that the evening needs to be both informative and relatively entertaining – of course, you don’t need to be doing some slap-stick routine, but assuming that the majority of the serious issues will have been covered in the AGM itself, your speech can afford to be a little more light-hearted.

The AGM VSR-10 is a clone of the Tokyo Marui VSR-10, as is the JG BAR-10, TSD VSR-10, Swiss Arms VSR-10 and all other knock offs. These guns are cheap and have been upgraded to the 380-400 fps range to appeal to the noobies. They may give you a stronger spring, but they don't give you stronger sears. Sears are what lock the piston back when racking back the bolt. The trigger releases them, thus releasing the piston and firing the BB. These sears are made of pot _meta_l and WILL break. I guarantee it. It's only a matter of time. They could strip in a few days, weeks, months whatever. The amount of time it works depends on how lucky you are. So when buying this type of gun, you should know how to fix it, and while you're at it you should upgrade everything else. It's a very simple platform, actually. There are many youtube videos on disassembly. Know that these upgrades will cost a good amount of money. A steel sear set alone costs 50 bucks. If you must get a clone, go with the JG BAR-10. At least that has a rubberized stock. Nice feel. Too bad the sears on mine broke within a week, and even the new sears broke under a heavier spring... I gave up on it. Sniping just isn't my thing anyway. I believe Airsoftgi now sells a pre-upgraded Socom Gear VSR-10. Its around 250 bucks or so. You might want to look at that. I'll _link_ it to you. If you need any help, shoot me an email.
