I am wondering if anyone can help. My family and myself are moving to Aus and i have a company with an 50% equal spilt with another director.

I set up this company and am very keen to hang on to it/earn from it. I have now 6 consultants working for me and have natured large accounts.

I will need to work out a split that is fair to my co director and myself. The plan is to sell in 3 years time once the market picks up. We were going to sell and right now we would not get the money it's worth.

Any help would be so great,i am leaving in 7 weeks and need to tackle this soon.
