Just looking for some advice on a troubling issue:
I’ve two co-directors working to remove me from the company, they have suspended me as an employee while they undertake their so called investigation which I know from other directors is being done in a very strange way!
Am I en_title_d to receive copies of the minutes of the meetings they have had while I am suspended as an employee as they have not suspended me as company sec as I believe they are telling lies to other directors and I feel the minutes may hold important information in my defence.
Also when they suspended me they did it without a quorum required in the mems and arts, does this have any effect on me?
