Hi, I am just about to go to a creditors meeting with the Liquidators and the director of company that has gone into liquidation.
My question is this, this company has £230,000 in Liabilities but has no assetts acording to the Lquidator. I do know that this company has started up again and is trading in another name but it is selling the same package, is this legal.
The company went into liquidation on the 11th September yet the new company that they are now trading as was incorporated ay Companies house back in March of this year. I have been doing work for the liquidated company up until May of this year. Do I have grounds to challenge this, any advice would be most welcome.
