Hi this is a first for me but I have been overwhelmed by the help that people are receiving so I thought I would give it a go...

I am a minoirty shareholder in a company 7% my brother has 7% and a friend 4% a large company holds the balance. Our shares are non-dividend paying. The company is a three star serviced office operator and has been trading for 18 years. They recently took over some leases of another 3 star serviced office operation and have put these into another company but have utilised our branding! We beleive that we have been unfairly prejudiced as they are benefiting through another company. The investment for the expansion could have been put into our company and our shares diluted, but they didn't however, they need our brand but are using and we are not getting the benefit. What can we do?
