Hi,
We are in dispute with the Company Secretary. The Company has appointed another Director for us to deal with because of the conflict of interest.
We sent our amendments to a shareholder meeting to our nominated representative within the stated 28 days.
Is this considered as having being served on the company?
Can we use the minutes of the last meeting as an opportuity of correcting the record as it is inaccurate?
