I read the article on the forum about the new legislation in force October 2008.
I am a director of a leasehold management company. This is a non profit arrangement simply a vehicle for managing the development. All directors are leaseholders and all leaseholders are members of the commonhold.
Clearly as leaseholder and director there is a conflict of interest because I have an interest in a flat which is managed by the company and I can gain benefit from it. I can't see anyway round this - can anyone comment.
