A majority of communication between people and companies occur in the form of email it was surprising that the legal _frame_work did not have a proper mechanism in place of considering such communication as a form of evidence. This lacunae will be corrected by the proposed changes in company law which will recognise email as evidence and this will go a long way in helping enforcement officials in gathering proof for prosecuting companies and their personnel.

The technology has improved to a great extent and has come a long way that you can have it included in all your works otherwise you will be the one who is left behind. The companies have understood this fact and would be looking to bank on this fact. This is the reason that officials have started using the E-mails as the proof for the companies dealings. It's really surprising but its true. It would not be long before the E-mails would be presented as the major source of evidence.
