The Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform has published, for comment, the Draft Companies Act (Accounts, Reports and Audit) Regulations 2009. The consultative document and the Draft Statutory Instrument itself are available on the DBERR website. Comments are invited from the public until Friday 9 January 2009.
