Can someone advise me what the rules are for the minimum shareholder vote required for the approval of a resolution at an AGM.

I was advised it was 75% of members

thanks

exactly what types of busyness you are conducting on your company if ordnary busineess then only more then 50 percent
or if your meeting is conducting special busyness then needing special resolution that more then 1/3 or 75 percent

Depends entirely on the type of resolution. Most things require more than 50%. Some things like changing the Mem & Articles require more than 75%.

Look in the Mem & Arts for more guidance.
