New Law Journal hosted a live panel discussion on the key proposals and practical implications of Lord Justice Jackson’s final report on civil costs litigation on www.newlawjournal.co.uk after the official press conference.
Professor Dominic Regan, a leading authority on civil procedure and costs, chaired the free webcast.
