The Companies (Disclosure of Address) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 were laid before parliament last week and come into force on 1 October 2010. The 2010 Regulations amend the Companies (Disclosure of Address) Regulations 2009 by including the Marine Management Organisation in Schedule 1. These Regulations are available here (html).
