Hi Dear
we were 2 directors 100 ordinary shares, owned 50 shares by each. after few months I resigned from directorship due to some reason, and was overseas for few years. In my absence my partner transferd my shares to one of his relative. Now I asked my shares and my partner said that That I never had shares, and the returns submitted to the companies house for consective three years were by mistake and he made a share certificate in his name with all hundred shares. He is also not paying me dividends. Can someone guide me what shall I do to restore my shares and get my dividends???? :cry
