FSA Remuneration Code consultation |

The FSA has published a revised Remuneration Code for consultation. The code
was revised to implement the requirements of the third Capital Requirements
Directive (CRD3) and came into force on 1 January 2011. The revised Code covers
a wide variety of firms, including investment banks, retail banks, building
societies, asset management firms, stockbrokers, corporate finance firms and
multi-lateral trading facilities.
Further details on the Code and the consultation, which closes on 18 May
2011, are available on the FSA website.
